We support rough sleepers on a journey into new homes

Welcome to Our Community Living Spaces in Central Adelaide

At our four centrally located properties in Adelaide, we operate 103 rooms spread across 4 properties to accommodate men, women, couples, and those with comfort pets. Our welcoming environment features single and couple rooms, with shared kitchens and bathrooms, including 7 ensuite rooms to support our most vulnerable residents. We foster a sense of community among all who call our spaces home.

That’s why we work closely with our tenants and their support agencies to ensure they are fully prepared for this important step. Our dedicated team is committed to providing the guidance and resources necessary for a smooth transition into fully independent living within the community.

Homelessness Case Management Support

Our tenants receive comprehensive support to address the underlying issues that have led to their homelessness. Our case management services focus on empowering individuals to prepare for independent living while offering ongoing support as they settle into their new homes.
